Client Engagement Report: Group Filter
 
The location of the client engagement report may vary based on your platform setup and menu options. The standard path is Administration > Reports > Client Engagement
 
New Functionality: Ability to run the Client Engagement Report using the new filter "Contact Groups" giving the user the ability to search data for specific groups.
 
The Client Engagement Report offers the ability to track open rate percentages based on a time period, mailing types, and/or specific contact groups.
