Bypass Unsubscribed Process

This enhancement is for those that need to deliver "Transactional and Mandatory communications” to contacts that may or may not be opted out of communications.

The functionality is implemented at the system mailing type level which will override the unsubscribed process. Administrators will have the ability to define whether or not the emails sent via a specific mailing type will be scrubbed for opt-outs.

Functional Requirements

1. Administrators will be able to set an ‘Allow Opt Out’ flag for each mailing type.
2. By default, this flag will be enabled, ensuring unsubscribed contacts are removed from the final email list when emails are sent using mailing types with this flag.
3. Mailing types with the "Allow Opt Out” flag enabled will not be able to opt out of these mailing types in the future.
4. Emails sent using a mailing type with "Allow Opt Out” enabled will not scan for unsubscribe data for sending.
