Order Details-PDF Downloads

We have added a feature to provide administrators with the ability to determine which users can download PDF files from the Order Details page.

Functional Requirements

1. Administrators will be able to permission (default to none) which users can download files from the Order Details page.
2. Users will be able to download a PDF version of a collateral file
 

To set permissions

Administration > interface and navigation > manage navigation items

Scroll down to the "Administration" category Menu. Below the Administration Options, you will see "Fulfillment” > "View Orders”

Select Edit next to "View Orders",

Which will open "Action Permissions" for "Order Details > Download Collateral" option. This is where you add users that can have the download option on the order details page

Once this option is enabled, the user will be able to download the document from order details page under actions.
