Finding Digital Materials:

  • To access available materials from the home page, click on one of the “Access Customized Materials” links.

  • The quickest way to find a particular file is to type the name of the file into the Keyword Search box. In this area, you can also filter your search results by several options by clicking on the “Search Filters” area.
  • If you do not know the name of the file you are looking for, you can filter the search results by clicking on the category filters on the left-hand side. This will limit the view to collateral items only found in the category you’ve selected and any sub-categories.
  • Take note where your shopping cart is on this page as you will access this once you have placed a collateral item in your cart.

  • Once you have added your keywords or other search filters, you can adjust how the results are displayed. You can select how many results to show on a page and how to sort the results.
  • Click on the thumbnail to bring up the preview screen where you can choose to customize this piece of collateral

  • After selecting the "Customize" option the editing window will pop up allowing you to add to cart

Accessing Your Cart:

  • (A) If you would like to add more collateral to your cart, you can close the cart using the X at the top or clicking on the “Close & Continue” button at the bottom.
  • (B) If you close your cart and decide not to select another collateral item to add to your cart, you can click the cart icon to access your cart as mentioned on page 3 of this guide.
  • (C) If you are ready to check out, click the “Checkout” button at the bottom.

Downloading Digital Files:

  • Once you’ve clicked “Checkout” from the cart, you will be taken to the download screen if all of your collateral are digital download files.
  • (A) This area will show you a list of the digital collateral you checked out with. To download each collateral individually, you can click the “Download” link next to each collateral listed in this area. Also within this area, if you plan to send the digital collateral to a third party or vendor, you can copy the URL within the “URL to Download” box and paste it into an email or communication to that third part or vendor. Using this can help avoid downloading and emailing files that may have larger file sizes.
  • (B) If you have multiple collateral and you would like to download all of the collateral at once, you can click “Download All Files” and it will download a .ZIP file which will contain all of the collateral shown in the list referenced in box “A”

A Note on Digital Collateral:

  • All digital download collateral from this platform will be in PDF format. Here are some instructions on how to save the PDF file into a JPG image format.
  • With a full version of Adobe Acrobat, open the downloaded PDF file and go to the menu and select “File > Save As”.

  • Choose “JPEG” from the “Save as type” dropdown list and select a location to save the file.

  • This will save each page within the PDF (which could contain more than one page) as a separate JPG file. Use the page 1 JPG as the file to send to the correct person/vendor.
