Finding Print Materials:

  • To access available materials from the home page, click on one of the “Access Customized Materials” links.
  • The quickest way to find collateral is to type the name of the collateral into the Keyword Search box. In this area you can also filter your search results by several options by clicking on the “Search Filters” area.
  • If you do not know the name of the collateral you are looking for, you can filter the search results by clicking on the category filters on the left-hand side. This will limit the view to collateral items only found in the category you’ve selected and any sub-categories.
  • Take note where your shopping cart is on this page as you will access this once you have placed a collateral in your cart.

Viewing and Selecting Materials:

  • Once you have added your keywords or other search filters, you can adjust how the results are displayed. You can select how many results to show on a page and how to sort the results.

Accessing Your Cart:

  • Once you select “Add To Cart As Digital”, your shopping cart will automatically pop up. There are a options within your cart.
  • If you would like to add more collateral to your cart, you can close the cart using the X at the top or clicking on the “Close & Continue” button at the bottom.
  • If you close your cart and decide not to select additional collateral to add to your cart, you can click the cart icon to access your cart as mentioned on page 3 of this guide.
  • If you have added all the collateral you wish to check out with, click the “Checkout” button at the bottom.


Print Checkout Process – Step 1. Set Quantity:

  • Once you’ve clicked “Checkout” from the cart, you will be taken to the 4-step fulfillment/print checkout page.
  • (A) This area shows you what step you are currently on. At any time, you can click on the previous step.
  • (B) The collateral you’ve checked out with will be listed here. Set the quantity you want for each collateral item. You can also click the cost to see pricing associated with the collateral.
  • (C) The Summary window shows you cost. Be sure to click “Save Updates” after any change you make on this page.
  • (D) Once you’ve set your quantity and saved updates, click “Continue to Shipping”.



Print Checkout Process – Step 2. Shipping:

  • (A) On this step you will select the shipment method based from available options. You will also set the ship to address and the return address for this shipment.
  • (B) After you set shipping information, be sure to save updates so you can see your updated order costs.
  • (C) If needed, you can provide comments to the print vendor. These will be added to the order details that the print vendor receives.
  • (D) Once you’ve set shipping information, added any comments and saved updates,
    click “Continue to Billing”.



Print Checkout Process – Step 3. Billing:

  • (A) Select the payment method. (Credit Card is only option currently offered) Set the payment amount you want applied. You can apply all of the payment to one payment method, or split payments across multiple payment methods.
  • (B) When you select Credit Card as the billing type, you will be prompted to input your credit card information.
  • (C) After you apply payment methods to cover the full cost of the order, click “Continue to Review” . You will be taken to a review screen to confirm and then submit your order. When you submit your order you will receive an order number, email confirmation and subsequent emails when your order has been processed and shipped.



Reviewing Order Status: 

  • To review your order history or check the status of a print order, from the home page go to “Menu > Print & Fulfillment > View Orders”
  • (A) Filter your order history results using different criteria. By default, all orders within the last month will be displayed.
  • (B) Your order history will be displayed here. Orders that show items in cart as “Digital” are collateral you have downloaded from the platform. To find your print specific orders, you can sort on the “Items in Cart” field and look for “Fulfillment”. These will be collateral you have purchased to be printed. You can see the status in the “Status” column.
  • (C) Use these icons to select what column headers you want to view and to download the results as a report in CSV or Excel format.
