Social Report Definitions
The social bundle report provides a filter option to determine the Date Range of reporting that you would like to review and a Status: ((All, Successfully Posted, Pending, Cancelled, Failed).
The information below provides the definitions for the columns in the downloaded Social Bundle Report. (csv)
Column Titles:
- Bundle Name: Name of the social bundle
- Title: Title of the social post
- Is On Behalf Of: If the bundle is sent OBO, there will be a "1" indicator in this column
- Operator: User who sent the social bundle
- Sent By Email: User who the social post is from
- User Sends: If sending OBO, the number of users sent on behalf of
- Post Status: Stage the post is currently in
- Post Date: Date the social bundle is posted
- Thumbnail: Image used in the social post
- Message: Snapshot of message in social post
- Clicks: Represents how many times a link is clicked
- Facebook: Number of Facebook pages included in social post
- Twitter: Number of Twitter pages included in social post
- LinkedIn: Number of LinkedIn pages included in social post
- Total Reach: Number of potential views
