Creating Social Post as Standard User: 

  • To start, navigate to Menu > Social Network > Create Social Network Bundle


  • Search for a social template by keyword, or specific categories. 
  • Use the “Results per page” drop-down to change the number of results shown per page. “Sort by” options include: sort by name, date modified, control number(if used). 
  • Click on the thumbnail to load the template and begin personalizing.



Social Network Scheduling:

  • (A) Determine the date and time to schedule your first social post.
  • (B) Click on the calendar icon to select the date, then click on the clock icon to schedule the time.


Editing Social Network Post–Customize Content: 

  • (A) Most posts are customizable for users to add in their own content and imagery with each social post. Under a social post > Click the edit icon
  • (B) Type in the given text fields (Title and Message). These text fields may include text and url links. Url links will automatically generate an image that can be used as a thumbnail.
  • (C) To select a different thumbnail image or image to use as content. Click associated icon (may choose from desktop library or the marketing assets.)
  • (D) Some social networks may have character limits For example Twitter has 280 character limit. So be aware of character count.


Adding Social Networks:

  • (A) After editing your social message you are ready for, “Adding Social Networks”. One or more social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) may be available for you to post to. Select on the social network you want to deploy your message to.
  • (B) You can remove a social network by hovering over the social icon and clicking the red “X”.
  • Click “Save”


Adding Your Social Users:

  • (A) Under each social network, Click on “Authorize” to access your own social network profile. You can “Revoke Access” if choose to not use any social network to post your message.
  • (B) Add your social networks


Save and Send: 

  • Once a post has been created and scheduled; click “Save” and then “Send”
