This page is utilized to manage the fields in user profiles, and to set up the mail-merge variable tags that can be used to pull information from the user profile.
To create a new profile field. Click on the Create New Field button.
The various permissions available for profile fields can be edited by clicking on on the 
Click on the “Choose…” drop-down to select the option to edit any profile field.
