User Activity Report
Provides administrators and users the ability to view user activity information. The information includes 5 categories if applicable, all user activities with email campaigns, user logins, total money spent on orders, what programs they are currently enrolled, and social posts.
Access the User Activity report under the Administration>Reports
Filter Report
This includes the ability to filter by users, user groups and customizable for date ranges.
In the top right corner of the screen, there is an icon (green circle with a white line triangle) that contains window. In the window allows the ability to modify the search. These include various date ranges up to the last six months and custom date range.
User Report Results
Once the report is filtered will render with users that fall in the filter parameters. The report will populate with default columns, clicking on the visibility button will allow the option to choose columns for viewing and report exporting purposes.
User Activity Report Column Definitions
Login:Count user login directly into platform
SSO Login:Count user login by any form of SSO
API Login:Count user login by API
Email Campaigns:Count # of sent campaigns
Emails Sent:# of recipients count
Emails Delivered:# of emails sent minus the returned/unsent email
Total Spent:Order spent (collateral cost + tax + shipping + handling + additional shipping amount - discount)
Social Posts:# of social network posts (If posting to multiple social media or multiple pages, then it will count as multiple)
FB/LinkedIn/Twitter Authorization: If token (authorization) is still valid at point in time of pulling report
FB/LinkedIn OBO:If obo set on user Social settings
Programs Opt-In:# of programs users manually enrolled in
Programs Enrolled:# of programs users are enrolled in (by others)
Ordered:# of total order (download/fulfillment/mail merge)
- Ex: 1 download will count as 1
- 2 quantity of same PDF will count as 2
Direct Mail:Same as order,but only for mail merge PDF sent to 10 recipients will count as 10
Downloads:# of direct downloads recorded (not digital download from cart)
Microsites:# of microsites owned by that user
Surveys:# of surveys owned by that user
Saleskits:# of saleskits owned by that user
