What's new in Version 4.11


New Features

  • Approval Flow Management: When approving collateral/orders on the Browse Items Pending approval page it will now show the collateral name for PDF print/download.

Bug Fixes

  • Email: The platform will now correct any spaces at the end of an email on the from address due to copy and paste error and the email campaign will be sent as expected. 


What's new in Version 4.12


New Features

  • Cart: Add drop ship field in summary view on cart checkout in the new cart, with 2 new fields Recipient and company and appear on summary checkout page. 

Bug Fixes

  • Marketing Asset Manager: The Scroll bar not displaying in Internet Explorer 11 is now resolved. 
  • Marketing Asset Manager: The text wrapping has been resolved and is now on one line on display text. 


What's new in Version 4.13


New Features

  • Email: DKIM Validation added to the Send Campaign page, warns users to make adjustments to their DKIM configurations along with a new SPF warning message. 
  • Cart: The new UPS configuration will now have new rates.  
  • PDF:  An export feature has been added to the collateral section in admin allowing to export the variablex that are created for the PDF.   
  • PDF:  A new variable tag added to the Mailer Template section for Administrators. The "Send Email as PDF" tag allows the user to input a brief message in the email while attaching a PDF on quick send email. This option is also in Global Content. 
  • Programs:  The ability to verify contacts when users enroll in a program.  The feature will verify if an address is provided, and the user can edit or export as a CSV the invalid contacts that need addresses.  

  • Contact Management: There is an addition of filter conditions that allows a search for all contacts where the date value is specific month, birthday in a specific date range, and if the birthday is specific date. Examples include:;Birth Date is in 5 days; Anniversary is in the months of June, July; Birth Date is on or before April 1st. 
  • Social: When a user sends out a social post, the notifications email has a link so the social post can be previewed 

Bug Fixes

  • API: The EmailSend API documentation has been updated with a more accurate description. 
  • Email: The ability to display more than one template allowing users to now select on mobile interface and resolved templates with edit tags displayed. 
  • New Cart: Allows user to go directly to confirmation page and allowing the "downloading the file" when using cart for digital downloads. 
  • Collateral: The mass collateral asset updater now has the ability to accept custom fields. 


What's new in Version 4.14


New Features

  • Approval Flows: Additional functionality to approval flow with conditional logic for on orders and collateral items based on budget or payment type. 

Bug Fixes

  • Marketing Asset Manager: The spinner has been added when launching Email Quick Send. 
  • Reports: The User Management report will now show only active user instead of all users.

  • Cart: Now only showing the old cart only. 


What's new in Version 4.15


New Features

  • Contact Management: Changing verbiage on update page, the description now says "Import a .CSV file of your contacts (You can save Excel files in .CSV format.)"
  • Report:  Addition of a new filter for "Order Number" on the Order report. 

Bug Fixes

  • Marketing Asset Manager: The overlapping issue of sub-menus is resolved. 
  • Fulfillment Vendor Billing: The top navigation bar on billing types is no longer missing. 
  • Cart Checkout: The checkout button is now available on new cart when a credit card is set as payment but no card is found. 
  • Reports: The issue for Collateral unit price is resolved on print orders report. 
  • Contact Management: The contact management page has added spacing for layout improvement. 
  • Order Billing Units: The billing unit is now found on user profiles for successful order placement. 
  • Order Details: The order should only show that the order has been approved only if the order is in an approval flow. 
  • Marketing Asset Manager: The issue has been resolved when an image is being edited, the image will appear instead of text. 


What's new in Version 4.16


New Features

  • Reports: The table headers are now always visible when scrolling through data. 

Bug Fixes

  • Cart: The error messaging, layout issues and required fields visibility have been resolved. 
  • Reports: The direct mail and digital download counts on the User Activity Report has been resolved.  
  • Approval Flow: The new approval flow issue is resolved so that the approval goes through the "Fallback" email 

What's new in Version 4.17


New Features

  • Cart: Enhancement to the previously released UPS Negotiated Rates functionality-it allows the rates functionality to use a better, more enhanced query to find the new rates. 

Bug Fixes

  • Email: Client platforms that were showing duplicate email campaigns resulting in recipients receiving the email twice has been resolved. 
  • Cart: The issue has been resolved  digital download orders that do not have an approval flow will not go through the approval steps.  
  • Contact Management: Controls are now in place to prevent critical contact fields to no be deleted.
