What's new in Version 4.17.1


Bug Fixes

  • Email: The resend to additional contact is now resolved. users are now able to redeploy past email campaigns to additional users without getting stuck in builder. 
  • Cart: The UPS negotiated rates will now populate globally. 


What's new in Version 4.18.1


New Features

  • Theme all material design elements and wizard stepper: This UI refresh across major areas of the platform for a more uniform and cohesive experience for the user. Users will now observe that areas such as MAM, Cart, Email Builder, and GCO look different from before in terms of design and colors, but that overall, those areas now share the same theme. 
  • User Activity Report: The User Activity Report received a minor update to have the checkbox for including Inactive Users checked by default in the Search Filter window. If the user would like the search filters to exclude Inactive Users, they will now have to uncheck the box before selecting to apply the filters.

Bug Fixes

  • Email: My stuff emails is now showing correct set of results of email templates that have been used most recently. 
  • Reports: The GCO report misalignment is now corrected and a more consistently spaced and aligned table of data for campaigns. 
  • Reports: On the GCO report the grayed out error for selecting columns on visibility modal is now active and usable. 


What's new in Version 4.19.1


New Features

  • Multiple Domains per Platform for DKIM:  Multiple DKIM domains for the Sender Email field to be validated against when in the Campaign tab inside the Email Builder 
  • Cart: New Cart users will see some UI and functional updates to the way credit cards are managed on the Cart Checkout page.
    • MAM - When users add an item to the cart, there will no longer be a popup to clear, but a snack bar in the upper right-hand corner instead (this disappears after a few seconds) Cart- 
    • Checkout Page -The button verbiage has been changed to “Manage Selected Card” underneath the selected Credit Card payment type. Users will now be able to edit a saved credit card by clicking on the new pencil icon next to the card they would like to update. The Address 2 field has been removed.Users can now distinguish easily between the Name on the card and the Nickname for the card. New logic for expired credit cards has been added - expired credit cards will now be indicated in red throughout the page. The user will not be able to place an order until the expired credit card information has been updated.
  • Cart: The button verbiage has been changed to “Modify Selected Address” underneath the selected Ship To address and Users will now be able to edit a saved address by clicking on the new pencil icon next to the address they would like to modify. 

 

Bug Fixes

  • Reports: Order History page was not displaying the entry for the profile field that the billing method was pulling from (such as Department ID). New Cart users should now be able to see the correct column data being populated on the Order History page for when they select Invoice Me as the payment method.


What's new in Version 4.20.1


Bug Fixes

  • Email: The Email Builder was not displaying zeroes in contact records when reviewing the email content before scheduling to send. Users should now see the Review tab show an accurate preview of the email to be delivered.
  • User Management: This fix addressed an issue found in platforms using exclusive ownership that caused a discrepancy between the subscription status and the details of the subscription status. 

    Now the overall subscription status should accurately reflect what is displayed under each contact’s detailed subscription status on the Contact Management page. 

  • Email: Some users were unable to view OBO “child” campaign data on GCO due to the “Show Campaigns” link not working. Link has been fixed in this release.  


What's new in Version 4.21.1


New Features

  • Email:  The Link Selector inside the Email Template has been updated with small verbiage updates to the UI, with those changes extending over to the Email Builder to allow for a more straightforward experience when selecting links to add to the body of an email. 

    The updates include a new field for a display name, changing “Link Title” to “Link Text”, and adding the display name column to the Link Library view.

  • User Permission:  Permissions on PDF Variables. Users now have the option to select multiple or all blocks to mass set either the Editability or Visibility permissions at once, in addition to being able to set them separately. 


Bug Fixes

  • New Cart: Print Vendors that have disabled shipping in their vendor profiles were still seeing shipping costs calculated during cart checkout. This issue has been resolved with a fix that respects the disabled configuration and so users should no longer see estimated shipping costs on the cart checkout 


What's new in Version 4.21.5


Bug Fixes

  • New CartMultiple Shipments: Summary shows CC expiry on only one shipment but not others. When there were multiple shipments in the cart, and the same expired credit card was selected for the different shipments, only one of the shipments displayed an error message on the Summary section.Now each shipment that has the expired credit card selected show an error message next to the shipment.  
  • EmailEmail Approval Flow Rules are incorrectly displaying a Fallback message.Email approval flows had been displaying a Fallback rule that only applies to other types of approval flows. This message is no longer being displayed for email approval flows on the Browse Approval Flows page. 
  • Email API: Send API confirms "Action Accepted" but campaign is not being created or sent. The Email:Send API functionality had been confirming that the email campaign had been successfully deployed when it had not; this API function is now working again. 
  • Contact: Contact imports manage and manual contact import functionalities are now working correctly.


What's new in Version 4.21.8


Bug Fixes

  • New Cart: If a platform was configured to allow image downloads of PDFs, the option was not being displayed in the dropdown menu of available actions on the Cart Confirmation page (options through MAM and Order Details page were still available).Users will again see the option to download as image in the dropdown menu.
  • Email: KB Link On Email SPF Verification needs Update.The outdated link to the Knowledge Base article on Email SPF Verification in the Email Builder has been replaced with the correct url.
  • New Cart: Unable to enter Credit Card on Checkout in IE11.Internet Explorer 11 users could not view the full window to enter in credit card information during checkout.This window is now made fully visible on the checkout page.


What's new in Version 4.21.9


Bug Fixes

  • Email: The fix for this issue had been addressed in a previous release. However, the change had affected other parts of platform functionality so the fix was updated. 


What's new in Version 4.21.11


Bug Fixes

  • New Cart: A specific use case involving ordering multiple asset types that require approval and having recently updated an existing collateral approval flow type caused an issue with previously approved orders being approved multiple times. Users should not experience any changes in cart or approval flow functionality with this fix.
  • New Cart: Some users were experiencing a hangup on the Cart Checkout screen after clicking on the Place Order button, and were not being taken to the Order Confirmation page after the order had been placed.There is now more data validation taking place for the inputs on the Cart Checkout page to ensure that the user flow is properly executed upon clicking the Place Order button.
