What's new in Version 4.23


New Features

  • Email: Admins now have the ability to allow email template HTML to be downloaded by enabling this feature on the Application Settings page and also at the email template level

    For a user or user group to be able to download the HTML of a desired template, they will need to be permissioned at both levels. If the email template and user have permission to download, there will be a new Download HTML

Bug Fixes

  • Social: Social post not posting in a timely manner has been resolved. 
  • Reports: This Quantity column on the Order History page has been updated to display the number of contacts delivered to for each mail merge order. 
  • Approval: The order confirmation and detail pages will now only allow digital downloads after approval has been granted 
  • Approval: When an existing approval flow rules are changed, any pending approvals in the system will automatically be approved so that they will not be stuck without a next approver.


What's new in Version 4.25


New Features

  • Report: The user management report will now see that the column titles across both pages and functions to be consistent with each other. 

     

Bug Fixes

  • Social: Two issues with LinkedIn, both of these issues have been resolved; users will no longer receive notifications about needing to reauthorize their LinkedIn profile for future posts scheduled on their behalf, unless their account actually requires re-authorization. 
  • Programs: The view contact from program enrollment is now showing all the valid contact for enrollment in a program no matter the amount of contacts
  • Cart: The assets that had an inventory count were not being updated, this has been resolved and is now updating when items are purchased. 
  • Email: Print vendors will no longer receive duplicate emails for each order being placed.


What's new in Version 4.25.1


Bug Fixes

  • Email: In the email builder, clearing out the default text inside a variable tag was working in the preview inside the builder, but when the user sent out a preview email, the delivered mail was rendering the placeholder copy text instead of displaying as blank.The preview emails now display blanks for variable tags that have been cleared in the email builder.


What's new in Version 4.26


Bug Fixes

  • Email: Variable character limitations in email templates, text variables should now enforce the character limit set for that specific field.
  • Social: Social Reporting - Status and detail data not correct/accessible, the icon that was missing should now appear upon hover over a successful social post on the Social Reports page (quick reminder that this functionality is available for admin only).
  • Social: This fix addressed the issues where  the admin user could not see the updated scheduled post date/time, rather, they still saw the originally set date/time after even after it had been edited.

  • New Cart: A fix was released to bring back the save functionality for new credit cards


What's new in Version 4.28


Bug Fixes

  • Reporting: Updates were made to the user activity and global campaign overview to align these reporting functions so that the numbers are more accurate and consistent with each report.  
  • Email: Updates will now allow users using the IE 11 browser to be able to see and use the scrollbar in the build tab of email builder
