Bug Fixes

  • Report: When we introduced the feature to support tracking of obfuscated links, email tracking reports were incorrectly showing any contacts that had unsubscribed from the mailing type as an “unspecified contact.”Any contacts who are unsubscribed will again be displayed by their email address on the reports as before.

New Feature

  • Programs: Programs that were set to bill against “Invoice Me” as the primary billing type and “Other” as the fallback billing type when the enrolled user did not have anything in the specified profile field for “Invoice Me”, were incorrectly setting the fulfillment orders in the program as “On Hold for Payment.” This was due to the program logic not accounting for an empty profile field set for the “Invoice Me” billing type. The feature was updated to correctly use the fallback billing type that was specified for the program in the event that the user had an empty profile field for the primary billing type.

These calculations have been updated to account for this. The Total Spend column on the User Activity Report had also been displaying negative values as a downstream effect, and is now also displaying the corrected values.
