What's new in Version 4.36


New Features

  • Cart: Major UI updates were made to the cart checkout page to streamline the user experience. The user flow through was made to be more intuitive by implementation of a new layout plus added functionalities that will assist the user. Additional error messages for specific use cases were also included in this update.

Bug Fixes

  • Email: Duplication of email error was resolved, they naming convention for duplication was corrected. 
  • Permissions: Changes made to permissions of image edit tags in email templates were generating different HTML outputs in the actual delivered email. The HTML outputs should now be consistent no matter how the permissions are set.
  • Report: The Order History page had been displaying negative values for Collateral Unit Price, Collateral Total Price, Collateral Unit Cost, and Collateral Total Cost, due to discounted collateral orders being incorrectly calculated. These calculations have been updated to account for this.The Total Spend column on the User Activity Report had also been displaying negative values as a downstream effect, and is now also displaying the corrected values.


What's new in Version 4.36.3


Bug Fixes

  • Global Content: Thumbnails and Previews not rendering Smarty in Global Content. Asset thumbnails and previews in the MAM asset details popup are now rendering smarty embedded in global content tags.
  • Contacts: View Valid and View Invalid contacts links on program enrollment are broken. Then enrolling in a program, the View Valid Contacts and View Invalid Contacts links had been broken but are now fixed
  • Contacts: Search contacts in a contact group does not show all contacts in group. After a user’s email address had been updated, contact groups were not showing all the contacts. This fix addressed the incorrect number of contacts displayed when viewing the contact group.


What's new in Version 4.39.3


Bug Fixes

  • Marketing Asset Manager: Users were not seeing errors if the minimum quantity set for an asset was not met when adding multiples of that item to the cart.UI/UX updates were made to this functionality to ensure that the minimum and maximum quantities (if they were set for an asset) were respected when adding or updating the quantities on MAM, cart popup, and the checkout page.Users will no longer be able to add quantities less than the minimum or higher than the maximum to the cart, and they will also see a tool tip to notify them of the min/max quantity set for the asset.
  • Contacts: View Valid and View Invalid contacts links on program enrollment are broken. Then enrolling in a program, the View Valid Contacts and View Invalid Contacts links had been broken but are now fixed


What's new in Version 4.42


New Features

  • Notification Module: This is a brand new feature for DMP that allows for more engagement between admins and users of the platform by providing a notification system to let users know of special announcements, changes, updates, etc. In addition to having the ability (for certain users) to create their own customized notifications, system-wide triggered notifications were also implemented for events such as email campaigns deployed, social authentications, large data imports/exports, order status updates, and more.

Bug Fixes

  • Reports: Tracking Report has Obfuscated Links in Column Headers. Email tracking reports displaying data for obfuscated links were displaying each obfuscated link as a column header in the data table.Now all obfuscated link tracking data will be aggregated under the column header “Modified Links” instead


What's new in Version 4.43


New Features

  • Reporting: As part of the initiative to enhance DMP reporting features, GCO performance was improved through architectural changes and a newly established reporting standard. Some platforms may experience quicker reporting and/or tracking in general.


Bug Fixes

  • User Profiles: The profile field image editor Upload button had previously been broken; users are again able to upload images using this editor when updating their profile.
  • Report: Billing Units/Cost Center Numbers were not being populated on the Order Report unless they were purely numerical. This issue has been addressed to display a combination of alpha and numeric characters as well
  • Approvals: Admins were unable to reject pending approvals due to the action taking them to a page with an error message; this has now been fixed.


What's new in Version 4.43.3


Bug Fixes

  • Marketing Asset Manager: In Edit Template, apostrophes in the description erase all text after saving.Having apostrophes in the description when updating an asset had cleared out at the next save; this is now fixed.
  • Report:  Print Order Report page functionality broken. This was a fix to allow for print orders to be successfully cancelled from the Order Details page.
  • Report: Order history not filtering dates properly.The date range filters on the Order History page generated results that included orders from outside of the applied dates; this functionality has been restored to only show orders from the date range specified.


What's new in Version 4.44


New Features

  • Cart: This was a back end update for the platform to aid in analytics for internal DMP admins and development. Users will not experience any changes in the platform.


Bug Fixes

  • Report: Subscription statuses on the Subscriber Management Report were not reflected on the subscription status for the contact on the Edit Contact modal in a global unsubscribe platform. Subscription statuses should now be consistent with the report.


What's new in Version 4.44.3


Bug Fixes

  • Cart: Adding items to cart not working in IE 11.Users were not able to add assets to the cart as fulfillment on IE 11 browser. This has now been resolved and users should again be able to add fulfillment pieces to their carts.


What's new in Version 4.44.8


Bug Fixes

  • Print: UI Issue - Checkbox missing next to "Use Default Image as Placeholder" on Image Edit fields on PDFs. The checkbox for setting the default image on an Image Edit field was not visible. Users should again see the checkbox for this and be able to select it.
  • Print:Expiration date not getting updated.When users had set an expiration date for an asset, the expiration date was not being reflected on the Search Collateral page. This has now been corrected and should display the expiration date instead of a blank.
  • Reports: The Client Engagement Report .csv file that was being downloaded from the reports page was empty. This has been resolved and the files should now contain the correct data.
  • Reports: Order Details Page - Changing Status to Shipped Zeroes Out All and Total Costs AND specific cost headers missing upon status update.When admins were updating the status of an order to Shipped, the final amounts were being auto-updated to zero.With this fix, the final amounts are now retained when the statuses are updated.

    

What's new in Version 4.46


New Features

  • Report: Establish new Reporting Standard with Optimized GCO. Global Campaign Overview reporting functionality was enhanced in the back end to allow for better overall performance. Users may see a noticeable difference in reporting speed. 


Bug Fixes

  • File: Zip file is downloading with improper file extension upon checkout.There was an intermittent issue with .zip file download failing for users on a Mac OS using Safari or Firefox browsers. This has now been corrected to be downloaded with the proper file extension.
  • Cart: Cart Flow - Using a New Credit Card as payment for Mail Merge items generates error messages and cannot place order. Users could not place an order for mail merge items when using a newly entered credit card for the first time. 


What's new in Version 4.47


Bug Fixes

  • Cart: When a credit card is declined at checkout, the order actually gets created when it should not be. Orders were being placed in the background for when a credit card was declined at checkout, even though the user was being prevented from completing the checkout process. Orders will no longer be created when credit cards are declined.
  • Cart: Credit Card failing for unknown reason. Orders totaling more than $1,000 were unable to be placed using credit cards as payment. Users should now be able to successfully place orders over $1,000 with a credit card
  • Content Collections: Global Content Missing Code.Global Content tag code was disappearing when updates were saved, even though the tags were still being rendered. Users should now see that the correct global content code is displayed after saving.
