What's new in Version 4.52.6

Bug Fixes

  • Email OBO: When users attempted to send an email template utilizing OBO the profile image size from the operator's image was correct, but when the email is sent on behalf of the user, the image is skewed. When an email is sent on behalf of the users to other groups the email is not skewed and appears the same for normal or OBO email.

What's new in Version 4.53

New Release

  • UI/UX: User Profile needs field enhancements. Development team improved the User Profile section by creating the ability to specify default values for profile fields & providing save option values and display text for drop-down fields. Also, they created an “Other” option in drop-down fields, along with easier User Profile Field Management. More Rich Text/Multiline Text options for profile field types were added as well as the ability to edit the Display Names for System Fields.

Bug Fixes

  • Form and Survey: Form & Survey not sending email notifications of filled out surveys consistently. When a form/survey was filled out using a URL that was sent to the participant, an email notification was not sent to the email address that was set in the additional notifications value. This has been resolved and every completed form/survey will send a notification

  • Contact Management: When users were editing a contact whose email address contained an apostrophe, the Email history section would not populate because the loading icon just kept spinning. The issue has been resolved and Email history is now showing.

What's new in Version 4.55

New Release

  • CartThe product “Expect to Ship” to be presented on cart during checkout. There is an option to store and show product lead times. The shipping times are now presented on cart checkout by implementing a new data field on the asset. Users will be able to see the lead times in their cart, on the asset details view in MAM, on the cart checkout page, and on the Order Details page.

Bug Fixes

  • Contact Management: When users accessed their contact group it was only showing a contact count of 2. When the magnifying glass was clicked on that contact group was showing 94 contacts. The root cause has been resolved and now the data for contact groups is displaying correctly.

What's new in Version 4.56

Bug Fixes

  • Content Collection: When end users attempted to enter a business partner item and tried to add an item, the field values would not update and instead would go blank. The issue has been resolved, and the information typed in the name field should be visible now.

  • Cart: Editable text containing quotation marks on custom PDFs were being rendered correctly inside the PDF builder, but were displaying a backslash in its place in all the documents after checkout. This caused an issue for PDFs requiring approval, as the approver would see incorrect text on the PDF and have to reject it. The issue has been resolved, and once the order is placed the text does not change and the approval process is visible.

What's new in Version 4.56.1

Bug Fixes

  • Program: When users logged into the Caliber platform and attempted to enable a program that had been previously paused, they would receive an error message stating “ The Marketing Program could not be saved at this time”. Users are now able to save and re-enable a previously paused program

What's new in Version 4.56.2

Bug Fixes

  • Reports:  Global Campaign Overview report is malfunctioning and displaying incorrectly. When users attempted to pull a report for emails there was an error occurring at the “view sent emails” report filter. User weren't able to select filters such as “sent”, “scheduled” and etc. This has been resolved with correct filter names restored, input field names no longer being duplicated and filter functionalities being restored as well.

What's new in Version 4.56.7

Bug Fixes

  • User Management: Password Reset ignores custom password and generates randomize version. When admins on the OneAmerica platform attempted to change the password, the password was set to random instead of utilizing the text for the password that was provided by the admin. This has been resolved by having the password the admin choses to be set as the user's password.
  • Email: Email unsub options not saving thru to campaign. When a user would click “unsubscribe” on the toolbar the customize unsubscribe page was not enabled. Users also noticed that when they open the emails and click on unsubscribe, the unsub link does now show the proper mailing types not the proper/selected skin. This has been resolved by enabling the customize unsubscribe page. Also the proper mailing types as well as the proper/selected skin are now being displayed.
  • Report: Modified Links tracking not showing click details. When looking at an email tracking report that has “Modified link” clicked, you can sort this, but in the data results, if you include the “Modified Link” column, it's displaying that they all have 0 when results are filtering for modified links. This has been resolved by having the filtered results show a value for each contact under the Modified Link Column.
  • Marketing Asset Manager: Unable to effectively select/view category selection boxes in MAM. The category selection boxes were not displaying correctly. Descriptions including HTML are now included which make it hard to read and select categories the user wants collateral to be in. This has been resolved by removing the description and HTML in the category selection boxes.
  • Reports: Subscriber Management Report- Filter Input Labels Showing Double. When the Subscriber Management Report was pulled, input field labels were displaying twice. This has been resolved and the label text is now displaying once.

What's new in Version 4.57.1

Bug Fixes

  • Marketing Asset Manager: MAM-selecting a top category such as My Stuff or Marketing Library doesn’t highlight that category, confusing the user. When a user selected each of the top categories in MAM and observed the text for that category, the selected category text did not change and did not indicate selection of that category. This issue has been resolved by having the selected category text highlighted to indicate their selection.
  • Marketing Asset Manager: Descriptions are being partially hidden in the asset details. When users accessed PDF assets in MAM, they attempted to view the entire description of the item by scrolling all the way down, but could not view it. This issue has been resolved by providing the entire description for each PDF that is viewed.
  • Cart: Expected Delivery Date being shown on order details for end users when lead time is blank. When orders were viewed by the end users, the expected ship date was shown to the end user for collateral that did not have lead times configured. The issue has been resolved by indicating that if the text field is blank on the lead time collateral, then the expected ship date should not be displayed.

What's new in Version 4.57.2

Bug Fixes

  • Email: Unsubscribe links not unsubscribing contacts. When emails from our platform were executed, recipients of those emails were unable to unsubscribe from our emails and thus unable to officially unsubscribe from the system. Now when emails are sent from our platform, recipients are able to unsubscribe from our emails.

What's new in Version 4.57.5

Bug Fixes

  • User ManagementOn the platform users had an issue with their user profile descriptions, in that they were unreadable because they injected HTML into the profile descriptions. The current md-hint text is a bit difficult to read for caliber's users, and the current class setting on the container that holds them is forcing inline css to be columnar. This issue has been resolved by removing the md-hint class and changing the columnar arrangement to stack vertically thus resulting in the user profile descriptions being more readable.
  • Cart: Lead Time field used in collateral details being called Days to Ship on MCAU and causing confusion. On the MCAU the lead time field used in collateral detail is labeled as “days to ship”. This caused confusion for Admins when they tried to update lead time using mass collateral attribute updates as it has a different name. This issue has been resolved by having these field names the same in both places of the platform.
  • Print Management: Problem checking out on mail merge order. When a user selected a PDF for mail merge and added it to their cart, the checkout page did not contain any order information and didn’t have an order number. This issue has been resolved by indicating at the checkout page that the order is complete with order information & number, when a PDF mail merge is added to the cart.

What's new in Version 4.58

Bug Fixes

  • Print ManagmentPDFs not included in some dropped print order ZIPs.Print vendors cannot print files because they aren't receiving them. They have to let our team know so they can redrop the files for them. This has been resolved by ensuring that when zip files are dropped they include the PDF.
  • User Management: Preview on OBO is not Correct. When users would send an OBO email and select a user to send it, the email review would show the user who is sending, not the actual user that is on the preview. The logo at the top left of the email on the review should show the logo as the on behalf user. This has been resolved by correcting the email preview. It shows the users' logo that is sending OBO not the user who they are sending on behalf of.

What's new in Version 4.58.1

Bug Fixes

  • CartMultiple users unable to add valid credit card to place orders. Two users have notified us that they were not able to add their credit card saying they received “Card cannot be added error”. The Authorize.net merchant account holder however was able to add both users cards directly into authurize.net successfully. This issue has been resolved; users again have the ability to add valid credit cards to the platform.

What's new in Version 4.60

Bug Fixes

  • Reports: Filter limit on User group attribute for Activity Report. When a user searched for a specific user group using the filters on the User Activity Report, the search results did not return back the expected or desired user groups due to a hard limit being enforced on the number of user groups presented. The user group filter search function should now present all user groups containing the search word and no longer truncate the results.
  • API: Email Send API failing without specific reason. Some campaigns sent through using Email Send API on a platform were failing for unknown reasons. The development team added logging functionality for when the API calls fail so that they could perform root cause analysis (which is currently in progress as they collect more information).”
  • Sales Kit/Presenter: Sales Presentation Generator not loading. When users attempted to choose a sales kit and edit sections of the pdf, the presentation would not load and allow for any edits. This issue has been resolved and users can again make edits to the PDFs within sales kits.

What's new in Version 4.60.3

Bug Fixes

  • Email: When users would send an email template, the link on images would not work correctly because it would not include a valid link. Links contained in images are now working again and taking the user to the configured link when the image is clicked on.
