For PDFs available for Fulfillment there is a new field called "Lead Time" (on the Fulfillment Details tab) where you can set the number of business days needed for a collateral piece to be produced before it is shipped. 

• This can be added/modified on the collateral template, or in mass through the Mass Collateral Attribute Update. 
• This numerical 'number of business days' will be used to calculate the Expected Ship Date using the date ordered, plus the lead time to determine the date.  
• This is still presented as an estimate but can now be more specific for individual collateral pieces.  
• This is particularly useful for on-demand promo items that are not warehoused or are custom produced. When this is added, the user will see an Expected Ship Date on their order details.

Note: If the Lead Time field is left blank, an expected ship date will not be displayed to the user.
