What's new in Version 4.63


Bug Fixes 

  • Marketing Asset Manager: When users would place an order for a PDF the notice on the description was in an HTML format. Once an order was placed, the email receipt contained HTML code instead of showing the rendered text description. The PDF preview and email receipt have been fixed to show the rendered text description. 
  • Data Fields: Date Picker Fields are crowded on certain pages. The input fields for date pickers are displayed incorrectly, with length of the input fields being shortened horizontally causing labels to be truncated. This has been resolved by correcting the display of the input fields for date pickers, with enough horizontal length to display the full label names. 
  • Social: Creating Social post-Broken image icon is displayed. When selecting a bundle to create a social post, the thumbnail is not displaying and the image icon is missing. The image icon has been resolved and is now displayed when creating a social post. 
  • Saleskits/Sales Proposal: Markup tool not working. When users would open up a document through mark-up asset tool for editing, a blank box would be displayed and the buttons were suppressed except for the save option. This has been resolved by displaying the icons for markup options when a document is opened.

Bug Fixes 


  • Contact Management: Creating a Contact Group looks to be sharing the group with other automatically. When a user would create a new contact group, the group is automatically being shared with others even though the group was never shared. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that when a contact group is created, it is not shared by default with anyone.


What's new in Version 4.63.4


Bug Fixes 


  • User Management: Adding field of type dropdown, more than one value cannot be input. For dropdown type profile fields, admins were unable to successfully configure more than one value. Issue was found to be specific to when adding “0” as a value; this scenario should now work.
  • Reports: GCO Filter for Scheduled Campaign. On GCO, when the “Scheduled” filter was checked, the “Sent” filter checkbox stayed checked, causing no or undesired results to display on the grid. Issue has been fixed; the “Sent” filter checkbox (as well as any of the other filters in the Current Campaign Status section) will again auto-uncheck as soon as the “Scheduled” filter is checked.


What's new in Version 4.63.7


New Features


  • Cart: Inventory Adjustment and Notice in Cart. This new feature aims to assist the user in being informed of the inventory availability for assets they add to their cart, and to help prevent purchasing of items or quantity of items that are unavailable. Now, users will be notified as soon as possible about providing them with the quantity they have requested, with new toast messages on MAM, Cart Popup, and Cart Checkout pages. In certain instances, the quantity added will be auto-adjusted in accordance with available inventory, while letting the user know of the adjustment.


Bug Fixes


  • Contact ManagementError Message(issue specific to a client) A specific contact was not able to be added under certain users; they would receive the error message that the contact was owned by another user and that they did not have access to add the contact. Issue has been resolved; the contact in question is now able to be added without error.
  • Email Module: Users receiving an email for Shipment #0 on multiple platforms. Users were receiving emails about orders with a shipment number of 0. We have added logging for the event as the first step in tackling the issue.


What's new in Version 4.67.1


Bug Fixes


  • UI/UX: UI on Paragraph Blocks, Field values hidden until clicked which hides information when creating/editing paragraph blocks. When users accessed paragraph blocks and attempted to edit variables, the values were not automatically displaying under paragraph variables. However, when you click on the field, the variables display. This has been resolved by having the content of those fields be visible initially and not just on click. Making it easier for the user to manage paragraph blocks.


What's new in Version 4.68


New Features


  • USPS API Integration: A new feature our team worked on to integrate the USPS rate calculation API into the DMP for use during the checkout process. This feature our DMP will utilize the USPS shipping API to calculate shipping costs for USPS. It will work similarly to the UPS and FedEx API’s in implementation. 
  • Approval Module: Shipping address gets deleted when order is submitted through approval flows. Admins were seeing that some orders needing approval did not have the shipping method nor Ship To address displayed on the Order Details page and email notification. This deletion was happening in the backend after order placement, due to there being a character limit on the phone number field that rejected the shipment information if the phone number was more than 20 characters. This limit has been updated to 25 to match the 25 character limit enforced at cart checkout.

What's new in Version 4.69.4


Bug Fixes


  • Social Module: Social were going out early and on the wrong days with a duplication of each which should not occur. The issue was resolved on social reports. Future posts will now go out on the correct dates.
  • Email Module: Customization of emails not working when HTML has class=mobile. We have numerous templates that aren't allowing customization in the build section of the email send functionality if the HTML contains a class=mobile. Email templates can now be customized again even if there exists a class=mobile in the HTML.


What's new in Version 4.70.3


Bug Fixes


  • Manage Collateral Expiration Page: Manage Collateral Expiration page filter results not accurate. The Expiration Date filters are not working correctly for clients, and this makes it difficult to get accurate data to be able to update. The issue been resolved and now the date filter is working correctly by returning the correct search results
  • Cart: Cart download links incorrect on Customizable PDFs. The download links for Customizable assets is not correct on PDF  when assets are sent through the customizer. The download link URLs have been corrected; they will no longer use a temporary version of the file
  • Email Module: Editable image getting distorted on live send. Looks fine with Preview send. When an email was selected in MAM to be sent,  an editable image appeared correct. However, when the email would get sent the image would become stretched and distorted. This issue has been addressed. The images in the live email now display with the correct dimensions.
