Keep checking back to see what changes.
What's new in Version 4.70.4
Bug Fixes
- Contact Management: The feed on multiple platforms is not exporting data. XML files should have contacts and they do not. The contact group data was added for some instances but not on others which was causing issues with the details feed. This has been resolved by fixing the subquery that informed is being pulled from for contact group data. The Contact Details Feed export file should again contain data.
What's new in Version 4.71.1
New Features
- Marketing Asset Manager: Create External URL Type in MAM. This feature was developed to allow our admins & users to link to other resources within other intranet or website locations. It essentially provides a one stop shop for all your resources. This feature allows our clients to create links to other resources and create a singular portal/location for all DMP and non-DMP marketing assets.
- Email Module: Add Email Archiving for Notifications. This was a feature developed specifically for Commonwealth’s platform. When an admin posts an internal Notification, an email goes out to the archiving email address to catalog the communication.
Bug Fixes
- Reports: GCO incorrectly reporting “Delivered” as a negative number. GCO was incorrectly reporting “Delivered” as a negative number when every email in the campaign is sent to an email address that has been manually unsubscribed from the campaign. The issue has been resolved and will now return zero in the instance where there are more returned than sent.
What's new in Version 4.73
New Features
- Programs: Update Programs and payments on hold to use Checkout CIM, deprecate profile logic for now. Development team updated programs and payments on hold to use the same logic as the checkout page (CIM) rather than a separate profile from auth.net. Code was migrated from checkout to a global location and call it in place of what's there now. This enables Distribion to be PCI compliant.
- Approval Flows: Using the existing Approval Flow process, our development team added the functionality to trigger Approval Flows based on the ‘type’ of Approval Rule it is; either Order Approval (essentially financial approval) or Collateral Approval (content approval). Approvals can now also be triggered at the variable field level on customizable PDFs, under the Collateral Approval Flow Type
Bug Fixes
- GCO Report: A campaign with confirmation that recipients received the campaign. However, the trace isn't showing up in GCO as a stub for the admin, or for a campaign for a single user. After further investigation, we found the data is not showing up because it appears the campaign was archived. If you add archived to GCO, you will see the row.
What's new in Version 4.73.2
Bug Fixes
- PDF: PDF Text very small on download, but it looks fine when customizing. When a user would customize a PDF everything looked accurate until they ordered it as a digital download. Once the PDF was downloaded it contained reduced font sizes causing the text to be really small. When a PDF is downloaded the PDF will look just like it did when it was customized.
- Reports: Email Reporting- Scheduled Campaigns does not pull correct data, shows sent data. The GCO email report was not displaying "Scheduled" campaigns for users. GCO email report has been fixed and shows future campaigns that are scheduled to be sent.
What's new in Version 4.73.5
Bug Fixes
- User Management: User Creation Rules not working. (Client-specific issue) User creation rules were not being applied when new user profiles were created. Issue has been resolved and the user creation rules are now being enforced upon new user creation.
- Email: Edit Template-Title Disappears Upon Saving when it contains an apostrophe. When a new PDF was created with a title name that contained an apostrophe, the title would not save and instead disappear. The tile is now saved when a new PDF contains an apostrophe in the title name.
- Reports: Reopened-OBO Campaign Missing from GCO. This was a clone, as the changes for it we're undone in releasing another immediate fix.
What's new in Version 4.74
Bug Fixes
- Reports: Change the default campaign date to 30 days for client engagement report. When the search/download feature is used, the date range defaults to 1 year, this results in a breaking performance issue caused by massive data retrieval. The default for campaign date was set to 30 days in order to improve retrieval of data.
- PDF: PDF duplication function not duplicated variable display names. When a PDF was duplicated the “friendly” display name was not being duplicated. The issue has been resolved by having the display name duplicated when a PDF is duplicated.
- User Management: User Profile Dropdown type creating blank entries on save. Updating profile fields of the dropdown type would create new and unwanted blank entries upon saving. New entries are no longer created at each save.
What's new in Version 4.74.1
Bug Fixes
Approval Functionality: Digital files available to download (for non-admin user) from order details before approval is completed. When placing a digital, customizable asset for order, that requires approval. the order details page is displaying the download URL as well as the "Download All PDFs" Also, the actions menu has "Email this PDF" and "Download as PDF", neither of which should be available until the approval is completed. The Order Details page no longer allows for downloading the digital asset until approval has been granted.
What's new in Version 4.75
New Features
Cart: The security need to be able to hide default credit card in profile for clients that don't use credit cards in the system. The need was to be able to hide Default Credit Cards in profile for clients that don't use credit cards in the system as this could become confusing to end users. The default credit in profile is now hidden for clients that don't use credit cards in the system.
Bug Fixes
Contact Management: The Users could not upload unique contacts into their list and instead would receive an error message. The issue has been resolved by allowing users to add contacts to their list.
What's new in Version 4.75.1
Bug Fixes
- User Management: Password Requirements not retaining display settings.(Client specific) When password requirements were set up for Commonwealth, a confirmation was received that the information saved but the page does not display the data. The updated password requirements are now displaying correctly on the page after saving.
What's new in Version 4.75.2
Bug Fixes
- User Management: File Upload Security Flaw. Users were able to upload malicious file types beyond what the select box identifies. In this case, they were able to upload .php files. Additional security features were added to this page to address those risks.
What's new in Version 4.75.3
Bug Fixes
- Store Module: Users able to order higher Qty than available inventory. When users placed an order they were able to successfully add the quantity that was higher than available inventory to the cart, and no message was generated about the available inventory. This has been resolved by restoring snack bar message that alerts the user and prevents them from being able to add the quantity to the cart when an order is placed.
What's new in Version 4.76

Report:
Pulling in value of Mail Queue on Email Campaign Send Details view. When an email was sent the Mail Queue values were not displaying in the GCO tracking details. This issue was resolved by ensuring that when an email is sent the Mail Queue values are displaying in the details view.
