What's new in Version 4.77

New Features

  • Reporting: ID-Based Link Tracking in the campaign tracking report. This is a new feature that our development team worked on that  replaced our current link tracking of using email addresses with IDs instead. This resolved the issues of obfuscation breaking the SPAM logic.

Bug Fixes

  • Email: Email Builder UI: Buttons not aligning properly on Email Preview Pane. The buttons are misaligned for email templates that allow for the HTML to be downloaded on the Review tab, due to the two buttons only being allowed to display when three buttons are needing visibility. The buttons now display with proper alignment.
  • Cart:  Order with 2 shipments with Error. When an order with 2 shipments (Shipped from locations) was placed, the discount would display in the summary but not in the subtotal. This issue has been resolved by having the shipment applied on the subtotal and in the total summary so that orders can proceed.

What's new in Version 4.77.1

Bug Fixes

  • Contact Module: Unable to add contacts to lists. Show all contacts as duplicated in receipt when they are not. When a contact list was uploaded the file contained duplicate emails. The contacts were not imported and the import receipt says all contacts are duplicates. The has been resolved by having contacts imported into the contact group

What's new in Version 4.77.4

Bug Fixes

  • Email:  Email- Content Selector (VAR) values not retained when receiving a schedule email. When utilizing the email content selector, the areas you typed in your own information are defaulted to the original text and not what was typed in/edited. This has been resolved by having the areas within the content selector (var populated correctly).
  • Social: Social Deployment Report is displaying duplicate items for a single Post. The social report is showing duplicate items for a single deployment. This creates confusion for the user so they cancel them and have to start over. Issue was triggered when the date and/or time for a social post scheduled for the future was updated. Users should no longer see duplicate future social posts after updating the date and/or time.
  • Cart: Cart “Item needing Approval” displaying when item doesn't require approvals. When an order was placed that doesn’t require approvals a general message would pop up in cart alerting the user that approval was needed and the shipment would be delayed. The issue has been resolved by having a general message pop up in cart for only orders that are needing approval.

What's new in Version 4.77.5

Bug Fixes

  • SalesKits: Ordering Saleskits are showing a negative quantity. When users attempted to order a sales kit they were unable to place the order as the quantity of their order was coming back as a negative number when they added to the cart. Users are now able to order a sales kit with an accurate inventory count reflecting for their pieces.

What's new in Version 4.77.6

Bug Fixes

  • Print Management/Cart: Print receipts not respecting the settings of the Profile Settings. Users were receiving print receipts even though they had turned off the notifications in their profile settings. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that users who specify in their profile settings to not receive email notifications do not receive them.

What's new in Version 4.78

  • User Management: Add Functionality to allow a user profile fields to be added to the Feed Order: Order details. This is a feature that the client now has the ability to add additional user profile fields to the feed data.
  • User Management: This feature the client has an additional action to duplicate a user profile. They now have the ability to create a completely new account but with the data pre-populated.

Bug Fixes

  • MAM:   Customize menu item link not functioning. When a user attempted to customize an asset in MAM, they were unable to do so. This issue has been resolved by launching the customizer to ensure the client has the ability to customize assets in MAM.

What's new in Version 4.79

Bug Fixes

  • Reports:   Older Unsubscribe Report, does not appear to be working. When a user attempted to pull an unsubscribe report by selecting any digital marketing from a company as the mailing type, selected All contacts system wide and set the date range for the entire year, the report was not displaying any results. This report is now functional again and users should see the relevant results displayed
  • Saleskit: Sales kits that had available inventory were displaying an "Out of Stock" status in the MAM details section. Sales kit inventory statuses now accurately reflect remaining available inventory.
  • Email:  Files are not saving to template. When users attempt to use the Link edit tag and the "Quick Upload" option, the file is uploaded, but fails to be linked. The linked files should now be linked on the Review tab of the Email Builder and also in the delivered email.

What's new in Version 4.80

New Features

  • Reports: Convert Bounceback Report to use New Reporting Data Processing. This was a feature requested by many of our clients in which the bounceback report was causing major usability issues for them. This feature focuses on creating the reporting data processing as done for GCO in order to improve data retrieval.
  • Reports: Our development team enhanced our Client Engagement Report by using a summary table process similar to the bounceback report enhancement in order to improve data retrieval.
  • User Management: Add Email profile field on User Profile page. The development team has added this read-only system field to the “Edit User Profile” page, where it will adhere to the permissions set for the profile field.

Bug Fixes

  • CartLoading items into the cart in Firefox while scrolled to the bottom of MAM causes the cart to be hidden. Users were having issues with the cart when they added print items. When the user scrolled to the bottom of the MAM view and reopened their cart again, the cart popup was coming up like it is fixed to a point at the top of the page so you cannot get to it. You have to close the cart and scroll to the top of MAM and open it again. This has been resolved by ensuring the cart popup is now visible in the middle of the page.

What's new in Version 4.80.1

Bug Fixes

  • Approval FlowsThe issue was resolved in the backend for the client to move along the orders needing approval, in addition to pushing a fix for the fallback approver to be listed as the next approver in the event that the profile field set in the approval flow rule was empty for the ordering user.

What's new in Version 4.81

New Features

  • API Update: Increase count for userupdatejson api. This is an update to the feature request in which the client requested to provide a bigger batch size for User:Update API (JSON)

Bug Fixes

  • Social: Cannot create Fixed Date social bundle to start in Jan. 2021 - Error of Post Occurs in the past. When users attempt to send a  Social Network Bundle Templates with a fixed date, Each post shows an error that the post is in the PAST (which it is not) and will not send. Fixed date social posts scheduled for the future will no longer display an error that indicates it is in the past and also will show up under Pending posts on the Social Report.
  • Saleskit: When users on the platform attempted to enter a quantity above 25 on the Sales Kit Deployment page by selecting any of the three radio button options, then hit the Add to Cart button nothing happened. This page now works like the inventory adjustment feature of cart where if the user inputs a quantity higher than the available quantity, the quantity is automatically adjusted, and the user is notified of the adjustment in their cart.

New Feature

  • Programs: Conditional Limits on Programs. This was a feat in which more than four conditions on programs that were not hardcoded but could be configured on the back end. Admins and users can now add as many conditions as configured at program creation and at program enrollment.
