What is new in Version 4.84

New Features

  • Email: Update Global Email Send with correct email headers. The development team updated the functionality for this global configuration: "Copy All Sent Email" to mimic the output of the “Template BCC”, so that BCC recipient not only gets a copy of the email that was sent but they can also see who it was originally sent to.
  • Programs: As a User in Programs, I need to be able to revalidate against user group and contact conditions. This was a feature request for program automation for the revalidation of users and contacts. The program will be periodically updated for inactive users or new users added to the contact groups configured for the program that also match the contact conditions set, for as long as the program is running and has more components to deliver. Changes to the contacts in a group will be reflected in the program queue. This enables CLOP and other program enhancements to be implemented.
  • Notification: Add recipient count to notification creation page. On systems with large amounts of users, sending a notification to a large group can take some time. Our development team created a notification that indicated how many users their notification will be sent to - just informational, and also reinforces to the user that the system is "listening".

Bug Fixes

  • Reports: Typo on form field type “Upload”. There appeared to be a typo on the form field type “Upload”. The word “Filesize" was accurate. This issue has been resolved by changing the word to "file size", which is grammatically correct.
  • Sales Kits: Inventory for PDFs in a Sales Kit Not Updating After Ordering Sales Kits. When a client placed an order for sales kits, they were able to order more of the sales kit even though there wasn't inventory available. Sales kit inventory statuses now accurately reflect remaining available inventory.

What is new in Version 4.84.5

Bug Fixes

  • Email: Email Campaign- When A/B test is set up, it should disable recurring. When users set up A/B testing in an email campaign, they were able to set Recurring schedules. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that when A/B Test is enabled it should disable 'Recurring' OR Recurring should disable A/B Test.
  • Email: Email Subject Line not correct on Review pane of Email Builder. In the Email Builder, when the Subject Line was updated in the Campaign Details tab, the Review tab did not reflect the changes for when the user selected a different subject line from the dropdown menu. Now the Review tab should reflect the updated Subject Line for both dropdown style and input style.
  • Print: When users would enter the vendor profile and update the Send Notice List with an email and hit the save button. It should save but does not. The root cause of the issue was that the “Default Lead Time” field was blank; the code was updated so that this field now has a value of 0 for all vendors in the system.
  • Print: “No comments where provided” should read “No comments were provided”. There appeared to be a typo in the View order details or printable receipt for any orders. "No comments where provided" is incorrect. This issue has been resolved by correcting the grammar to “ No comments were provided”.

Users can now quickly get the campaign data they need, as well as allow follow-up emails to be done for opens, clicks, views, etc. on GCO
