New Features

  • Email: The ability to include the "mailto:" unsubscribe method to all outgoing email headers. Email clients are requiring Mail To unsubscribe options more, which, when emails don't have them , add to an email spam score. In order to help out clients successfully deliver their emails to the inbox, we added a global configuration that allows the MailTo type unsubscribe to be included with in the email headers.

Bug Fixes

  • Print: MAM Assets that were part of a group were not displaying the dropdown of selections for that group in the MAM details window when the asset was clicked on it only showed when the user clicked in the area that would normally display. The dropdown menu now display in the MAM details window without the need to click first.

What is new in Version 4.96

New Features

  • Email: This new feature was implemented for clients wanting an easier interface for creating templates straight from the emails builder. There is a new button added on the Build tab of the Email Builder. The admin user can enter a title for the newly created template. The template will show up in the Manage Templates and MAN just like any other email template, with all the same configurations and permissions as the original template it originated from.

Bug Fixes

  • Email OBO: There were a number of discrepancies between the metrics displayed in the GCO for a campaign versus the downloaded report. These have been addressed and the data should now be consistent across both methods of viewing campaign data.

What is new in Version 4.96.1

Bug Fixes

  • MAM: Lib Blocked Contact Information Failing to Render. The lib blocked section pulls in brackets instead of OneAmerica’s contact information when the item was sent to the print as mail merge. This problem was only occurring with one user's information.  Issue has been fixed; the correct information is now being rendered for the user
  • Social: Social Post Status Showing Incorrectly - The status was showing incorrectly for admins when they viewed social posts. The status for these posts is displayed as "successfully posted", but when admins actually view the details of the report they can see an error that states "the token used in requested has expired". This status is not accurate. This has been resolved by making some changes to the admin side to be in sync with the user side of the functionality - for the admin, a failed social post will appear on both the failed and successful post reports, with a warning icon that says “Failed” on hover.
  • Email OBO: OBO Review Pane does not show correct information. The email section was not displaying the correct variable. This issue has been resolved by correcting the tag that is being rendered in the subject line on the Review tab of the Email Builder.

What is new in Version 4.97

New Features

  • Reports: Client Engagement Report Enhancement Phase 2. This feature is a continuation from the first phase of the Client Engagement Report Enhancement in which our development team made some final backend code changes to improve the performance of this reporting functionality.
  • Reports: Revisit DB-4244 Add Field (# of contact added) to User Activity Report-Phase 2 Implement the query to count the contacts. This feature is a continuation of the first phase of the Add Field (# of contacts added) to the User Activity Report. Admins can now see how many contacts their users have added within a specific time frame under the new column “Contacts Added”.
  • Reports: Visibility to see mail queues that campaigns were sent out of (Phase 2 of GCO)

This feature was developed by our team to give our clients the ability to see filtered external vs transactional data for mail queues of GCO. Our team brought mail queue visibility to the “front page” of GCO, where our users can easily and quickly see this existing data without having to click their way to the tracking details page for a campaign to get it. This will simplify the display and access to the data that DMP already provides, as well as aid in decision making for our clients.
