We work to release system updates weekly to improve functionality and to increase your marketing capabilities. This document will include all new features and major bug fixes for the month of March.

Keep checking back to see what changes.

What is new in Version 4.97.3

Bug Fixes

  • Email: Unable to use contact fields in sender name field when sending an email. When users attempted to send an email template by selecting a contact to send it to, the email would not send. Instead the user is redirected to the campaign tab and the Sender Name field is highlighted without any data in it. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that when contacts are selected, the email should send and replace the Sender Name field with the value in the contact record.
  • Email: Subject line on Review Pane not displaying if campaign type is OBO. When building a campaign intended for OBO delivery, the subject line would appear blank even when a user would indicate text within the subject line. This issue has been resolved - the subject line is now displayed on the Review tab for OBO campaigns.
  • Reports:  Fix column alignment on User Activity Report. When viewing the User activity report the column alignments made the text hard to read. The issue has been resolved by adjusting the alignment so that the report is easier to read on screen.

What is new in Version 4.98

New Features

  • Reports: Add Social to Template Usage Report. This is a feature that was developed by our team in which Caliber wanted the ability to see a report for the most popular social templates being utilized in the platform. We fulfilled this need by adding social template data to the TUR which allows admins, marketers, and groups to run a report of top used, most successful content.
  • Reports: Add total count of contacts to User Activity Report. This is an addition to the # of Contacts Added to UAR feature - a new column was added to display the total number of contacts for a user at the time the report is run. The new column is called “Total Contacts”

Bug Fixes

  • Email:  When a user on the DMP platform attempted to reload their campaign was not able to see the build button which prevented the user from editing the campaign. Issue has been fixed and users are now able to view the Build tab on reloaded campaigns.

What is new in Version 4.98.1

Bug Fixes

  • Contact Management: Copying contacts to new contact group using “add all contacts” not working. Users were not able to add contacts to a contact group from the GCO tracking details page. Instead a window will pop-up that states "No Contacts Added", when the contacts should have been added. Users can now add contacts to a contact group from GCO.

What is new in Version 4.98.2

Bug Fixes

  • Email: Building a Template from a Campaign- Images Selected in Build Tab Need to Become Defaults in the Newly Saved Template. When users saved a new template from a campaign, their selected images did not get saved as default images into the new template. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that images that have been selected for both fields are saved into the newly saved template as the new default images.

What is new in Version 4.98.6

Bug Fixes

  • Social: The Social reporting functionality is not reporting correctly. The platform showed the post failing when the post was actually successful and was received in the test from the client. Successful social posts no longer show a false failed status.
  • Email: After the previous release, newly selected images in the Email Builder were not being saved as they moved through the campaign workflow. A fix was implemented to address this issue in this version. Users can now again select a different image for image edit tags while building an email and expect it not to revert back to the default throughout the campaign building process.
  • Email: Building a Template from a Campaign- Images Selected in Build Tab Need to Become Defaults in the Newly Saved Template. This was rolled back and rerelease in this version.

New Features
  • Reports: Ability for users to see all email tracking for a specific program. Our product team provided the ability for our end users to view the email reports related to the program of interest through MAM or GCO, just as the administrator user has been able to. As a security feature, end-users will only be able to see the tracking data for the campaigns that were sent by them, even though other end users are enrolled in the same program.

What is new in Version 4.99.1

Bug Fixes

  • Report: Tracking page taking over a minute to load. The detailed tracking report was taking over a minute to load for users even though it was only sent to a few contacts. The issue has been resolved by improving the speed in which the detailed tracking report is loaded.

What is new in Version 4.99.2

Bug Fixes

  • Email:  Sometimes image redirects on MC3 are causing the image not to render in emails delivered. When image URLs were used in edit tags, a broken image would display when the email was delivered. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that the image renders correctly to display when emails are delivered.

What is new in Version 5.1

Bug Fixes

  • Email: Clean up various Items. There were a few items that we wanted to optimize for social so that we could make the tool easier to use. Date picker Restrictions were added so that users cannot schedule a social post for the past, Page Headers were renamed to better reflect the execution of a social post versus creation of a social bundle template.
