What is new in Version 4.100.5


Bug Fixes


  • Marketing Asset Manager: When users on the platform attempted to search for the collateral it took about a minute to load the results. The issue has been resolved by fixing the query to ensure that the speed for MAM is improved when users search for collateral.
  • Cart Total Differences: Clients could not order products on the Checkout page due to the subtotal and billing payment amounts being different. This was in the specific use case where the price of collateral had more than two decimal places, leading to it being necessary to round up or down in the cart. The subtotal and billing payment amount now reflect the correct amount, and the user is able to complete check-out.

What is new in Version 4.102


New Features


  • User Management: Add Character limits to text type profile fields. This feature was developed for admins to set character limits on multiline, rich text and text profile field types to help limit the amount of text a user and input into a filed when editing their profile within the platform.

Bug Fixes


  • Email: Link edit tag changed not being copied to template when using save as template on an email campaign. When using the Save Template feature in the Email Builder, the newly saved template did not reflect any changes made to link edit tags prior to saving. This feature is now correctly saving any changes made to link edit tags in the new template.
  • Reporting: Reporting for digital downloads shows minimum quantity as ordered like 100 which throws off reporting. The Quantity was showing the minimum quantity that can be ordered for print as the quantity ordered. This was throwing off reporting numbers for clients. The column for digital download orders now reflects the number of digital download pieces in the order instead of the default minimum quantity order for Print.
  • Marketing Asset Manager: Clients could not order products on the Checkout page due to the subtotal and billing payment amounts being different. What is new in Version 4.103


New Features


  • Reports: On platforms where there are thousands of email campaigns being sent almost daily (especially for OBO campaigns), viewing tracking details for those campaigns takes ~20 minutes to load. Sometimes they don't even load and display a timeout error for the page instead. The issue has been resolved by redesigning the logic to ensure that performance issues are improved for GCO.

Bug Fixes


  • Marketing Asset Manager: Conditional Logic not rendering on initial PDF load into Customizer.

    When users selected a document to customize and viewed the second page, the content displayed the conditional code instead of the default value of the conditional logic. Content on page two now reflects any default conditional logic values.

  • Microsites:  Microsites DOWN. Not rendering their conditional content. Microsites were not rendering their content due to conditional logic being broken. An immediate resolution was applied to get conditional logic working again for microsites

  • Reopening of Issue: Release of 4.103.1 had broken two previously released hotfixes; this release re-resolved those two issues.


What is new in Version 4.103.3


New Features


  • Direct Mail: Allow print receipt for direct mail ( Ability to link CSV file of contacts on Print receipt)

    Our product team recently created a print receipt for Direct Mail orders whether they are made by the user or by a program the user enrolled in. This receipts shows a list of 5 contacts and the following information - First Name, Last Name, Phone, Address, as well as a button to download a CSV file with the full list of all contacts the direct mail piece will be sent to. Download permissions for certain contact fields and/or specific contacts are respected, and are displayed as “Private Data” if the data is to be protected. 



What is new in Version 4.105.3


Bug Fixes


  • Marketing Asset Manager: MAM Search not displaying newly created items. When  new templates were created, they could not be searched for in MAM. Issue has been resolved; newly created templates can now be searched for in MAM.
  • Contact Management: Contact list part of Direct Mail Print Notification is being added to Fulfillment Receipts the Print Vendor receives. When a fulfillment order was placed for promo point items, the Print Vendor receipt contained a contact list as if it were for an order for Mail Merge . The print vendor receipt no longer shows a contact list for fulfillment orders.
