Keep checking back to see what changes.

What is new in Version 4.107.2

Bug Fixes

  • Email: When adding a new group name, the encoding for the space (+) shows up as part of the name.

This issue only occurred on Mailcenter 5. When a new group name was created, the template did not save correctly. Instead the name was saved as a URL code. This has been resolved by ensuring that when a new group name is created the template saves the name with spaces rather than entities.

What is new in Version 4.107.4

Bug Fixes

  • Notification: Notifications still going to users after settings being turned off. This issue was related to DB-4525 in which users were still receiving notifications after they indicated in their settings for notifications to be shut off. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that users will not receive notifications if indicated in their settings.
  • User Management: Profile Image Cropping degrading photo quality. When the user attempts to load a photo into the profile field by cropping it, the end quality differs once photos are uploaded. Images appeared larger than the final cropped/resized size. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that no matter what size the original image is, the end quality is now the same when images are cropped/resized size.

What is new in Version 4.107.8

Bug Fixes

  • User Management: Admin View- Edit User Profile Image- window comes up off the right of the page

When users attempted to edit the user profile image the input window would open outside of the window which caused confusion. This was happening in platforms where profile field descriptions were very lengthy. The max width of the description under profile images was adjusted so that the window does not pop up outside of the image. ← this is correct, no changes needed

  • PDF to Email: Field spacing/overlap issue on Email This PDF functionality. When using the Email This PDF feature, it was hard to decipher between the two fields of  putting text into the "add contact email" and the body block due to lack of proper spacing between the two. This was causing confusion with our clients in that they mistake it for one block. The alignment issue has been addressed and now users are able to decipher those two fields when adding text.

What is new in Version 4.108

New Features

  • Marketing Asset Manager - Custom Thumbnails for Emails This is an extension to our custom thumbnail upload feature to include email templates. ails are viewable within the Marketing Asset Manager (MAM). This functionality follows the same criteria and limitations as those for uploading PDF custom thumbnails. They can be uploaded at any time, including during new template generation.

Bug Fixes

  • Notification: User still receiving unwanted notifications. Users were receiving notifications even though they indicated in their settings to not receive notifications. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that notifications are not received if the user opts out of notifications in their settings.
  • Reports: When filtering a print order report under the submission date filter, results would not populate. However, if you try to search using the ship date range, at least 50 items or more are populated with these dates. This may be causing inaccuracies in the ship date query. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that when a user filters a print order report using the submission date that all results populate for that specified date.

What is new in Version 4.108.1

New Features

  • Reports - Clients and print vendors were unable to pull a print report for end of month reconciliation. When they filtered by date shipped for orders zero results were displayed. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that print reports can be populated when filtered by date shipped for orders.
