What is new in Version 4.113


New Features

  • Sales proposal/kit: Sales Proposal/Kit preview image issue. The thumbnail for the template displays correctly however, the actual preview to the image was displaying incorrectly. The issue has been resolved by having the image of the preview match the actual preview asset when it is clicked on.

Bug Fixes


  • Email: Soft bounce limit does not seem to be working. Seeing many with soft bounces over 100. The soft bounce conversion configuration did not seem to be working, as there were more soft bounces recorded for contacts than the conversion limit that was set for the platform. This issue was resolved; soft bounces are again being converted to hard bounces when the set limit is reached.


What is new in Version 4.113.3


Bug Fixes

  • Social Media Module: Social Media Campaigns with links aren’t populating thumbnail images. When creating a social campaign, thumbnail images were not being populated when inserting a link to the body of the post. No image was posted to platforms when deployed.The issue has been resolved by ensuring that a thumbnail is generated from an image on the website URL that is used in the content.


What is new in Version 4.114.3


Bug Fixes

  • Reporting: GCO- Unable to sort columns of numbers. The columns that display numerical data on GCO were unable to be sorted like the columns that display text.Users are now able to sort numerical columns on the GCO data table.
  • Reporting:  Exporting Tracking Report contains malformed email addresses. When a tracking report is retrieved for VMP, the email address on the file were truncated instead of displaying the actual email addresses of the users. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that actual addresses are displayed and the information is not truncated.
  • Social Media Module: Social post failed to link when there was an ellipsis in the text without a space after the text. This issue has been addressed in that text should not require a space after for a post to be linked.

What is new in Version 4.114.4


Bug Fixes

  • Reporting: Scheduled Emails not able to be seen on GCO report. When a user viewed scheduled reports for global email overview, sent campaigns from the last 7 days appeared instead of displaying future campaigns only. Now when a user views scheduled reports results will only display future scheduled campaigns should show up if there are any.


What is new in Version 4.114.8


Bug Fixes

  • Print: Menu items showing on T&C screen allowing users to bypass it. Users were able to bypass the Terms and Conditions prompt page, and order items. The has been resolved to ensure that menu items are disabled on the T&C prompt page.
  • Social Media Module: Social media campaign post’s time selection bug. When a user attempted to change the time on a special media campaign it did not display the correct AM/PM setting. Instead, the user had to click the box and change the time to AM then change it back to PM to make their desired time stick. The user experience has been improved by ensuring that when a user clicks to set a time , the correct AM/PM setting display.
  • Email: IE 11 - Email Builder, Recipients Tab: page numbers are vertical instead of horizontal. The receipts tab in the email builder was displaying page numbers incorrectly in the data table and listing them vertically. The receipts tab in the email builder has been resolved by ensuring that it is aligned with the data table and listed horizontally.
  • Email: When a user observed buttons in an email campaign, the text for all buttons was truncated. The last letter of each button’s text was not visible.The issue has been resolved by providing the entire text for all three-button in the emails builder to ensure they are displaying correctly.


What is new in Version 4.115


New Features

  • Email: Investigate issue where dollar sign causes email HTML to be duplicated when deleting a sectionThe $ symbol was causing HTML to be duplicated when deleting a section in the email builder. We resolved the issue by removing the $ in WYSIWYG.


Bug Fixes

  • Print: Custom PDF fields not display properly on Admin Collateral Search. When a user attempted to customize a PDF some fields were not displaying properly on the admin collateral search. Blank fields are displayed instead. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that fields in the Custom PDF builder are displaying correctly.

 

What is new in Version 4.116


New Features

  • User Management: Our development team has created the ability for admins to create a set of layered rules that automate user group functionality based upon data and characteristics of the user’s profile. This will alleviate the difficulty with API and feed-based integrations for clients who manage users manually and strengthen our switch-to functionality by introducing a workgroup object. This will give our users the ability to automate one of their manual processes within the DMP.
