What is new in Version 4.16.1


Bug Fixes

  • Print: Custom PDF fields not display properly on Admin Collateral Search. When a user attempted to customize a PDF some fields were not displaying properly on the admin collateral search. Blank fields are displayed instead. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that fields in the Custom PDF builder are displaying correctly.

Bug Fixes

  • Browser: DMP not working on IE 11 browser. When users attempted to use IE11 browser they could not perform anything on the platform. Home page functionality has been restored to ensure that users can access our platform while using IE 11 browser.


What is new in Version 5.00


New Features

  • User Management: Ability to unsubscribe from a company/workgroup. Recently, our development team created functionality in which we gave our clients the option to unsubscribe from an individual person (All digital communications from this person) and to unsubscribe from the company (All digital communications from this company). This will give our users the ability to unsubscribe.


What is new in Version 5.03


Bug Fixes

  • Contact Management: Unsubscribe UI/UX Issues. The client was experiencing issues using the unsubscribe functionality. In one case, they could not select just one category to unsubscribe. Also, the user could not uncheck the box at all to unsubscribe. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that the unsubscribe functionality allows users to select one category and uncheck a box to unsubscribe.


 

What is new in Version 5.1


New Features

  • Reporting: Summarize OBO Link click activity. A client has numerous links per email and because they send out thousands of emails, their link tracking data would slow down the loading of the GCO tracking page. To alleviate this issue we have provided a summary of the link tracking details when the GCO page is displayed for the client. 


What is new in Version 5.2


New Features

  • Email Functionality: “Mailto: Header Functionality” Auto Unsubscribe. Recently, our development team created functionality in which we gave our users the ability to automate the unsubscribe management rather than this being a manual process. This new functionality will facilitate better delivery and (un) subscription management for our users.

Bug Fixes

  • Reporting: GCO Table UI and alignment issues. When GCO was viewed on any client from any platform the grid appeared to be cropped off. The table was not aligned and was appearing in different formats from similar data areas. The issue has been addressed by correcting the alignments for the GCO table and ensuring it displays correctly.




What is new in Version 5.3


New Features

  • Programs: Recently, our development team made improvements to the way admins can manage their programs. Clients with numerous contacts and programs were experiencing issues with the browser getting stuck when they tried to deactivate a program. We implemented a fix in which programs can be deactivated without the browser session being affected.

Bug Fixes

  • Reporting: Tracking Report Unique Clicks Issue.When a user attempted to view recently sent emails in GCO they were unable to click on unique clicks as the link was no longer accessible. This prevented the user from viewing the tracking report for unique clicks. The issue has been addressed by ensuring that the link for unique clicks is now displayed so that users can view the tracking report.


What is new in Version 5.4


New Features

  • Marketing Asset Manager: Add Approval Rejection Comments into MAM view right side description.

    Our development team added functionality within the Marketing Asset Manager that gives users the ability to not only view items pending approval or rejected, but now to also view comments on why the item was rejected. Users will now be able to see the reason for rejection, the rejecting user, and the date/time of the rejection when viewing the asset details in the Approvals section in MAM.

  • User Management: Auto Disable after X days feature not working.There were users within our DMP that were assigned to a specified user group that was showing as inactive for over a year, yet they were still displayed as active. This conflicted with the client’s password ruleset they had configured for the specific user group.Password rule sets are now being respected and users within the specified user groups will be inactivated after the configured days of inactivity have been met.
  • Contact Management: Unsubscribe Single contact page issue. “Search another email” link at the bottom does not work. When a  user attempted to try to type a different email on the unsubscribe single contact page, the page failed to update. It did not display the new email that was submitted but stayed on the page of the current email address that was initially typed in. We have resolved this issue by ensuring that the page is updated based on the changes that are submitted for the email address field and that it displays the subscription preferences for the email address that was typed in.
