Keep checking back to see what changes.

What is new in Version 5.5

Bug Fixes

  • Email:  Users being directed to incorrect areas (approval pages) when resending or loading a saved email. After users would send an email that needed to go through approvals, they would try to reload a saved email or re-send the email to additional contacts. The functionality in the Email Build tool would then redirect them to approval pages they should not have access to. They also had the ability to update the content when re-sending emails. Users are now directed to the relevant pages from the Email Builder and only those they have permission to access.

What is new in Version 5.6

New Features

  • Security: Our development team created a multifactor authentication feature that includes two steps, the first being login with the correct credentials and the second being an authentication token sent through email. When users log in they should provide their email and password. A code will be sent to the email on file, which should then be entered into the multifactor authentication prompt. The user will be logged in upon successful authentication.
  • Reports: Add profile field data as a available columns on User Activity Report. Our development team added the functionality in which users can view additional profile fields in the user activity report so they can select and include profile data in the onscreen columns and downloads. This gives our users the ability to filter within Excel on other profile fields like Region, State, Status, etc.

Bug Fixes

  • Reports: Contact import manager silently fails is any contact has invalid TLD. When importing a CSV of contacts through the contact import manager, if any contact in the list had an invalid TLD, for example, .rr or .netcom, the contacts fail failed to load but did not notify the user of these failures. The issue has been resolved by notifying the user of how many contacts have failed due to having an invalid TLD while successfully processing the contacts that did.

What is new in Version 5.6.2

Bug Fixes

  • Reports: Email Unique Opens in Inaccurate in Reports. In some GCO reports, the unique opens displayed were more than the total opens. Adjustments to the calculations for those metrics have been made, and the GCO report should now show higher numbers for total opens than unique opens in most cases.

What is new in Version 5.6.3

Bug Fixes

  • Contact Report: Contact imports loaded last night still have not processed. The contrac imports were failing ot process in a timlely manner. instead , the imports appeared to be stuck or paused. The issue has be resolved.

What is new in Version 5.6.6

Bug Fixes

  • Reports:  When data was exported for Email tracking the results varied based on the filters that were applied to the export. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that results are the same even when different filters are applied to the data export.
  • Reports: Buttons and Apply to selection actions cut off on bottom of the page. When viewing the Global Email Overview page, there were a few issues with the UI. The bottom left buttons and any actions selected were cut off on the bottom visually. We have addressed the UI issues to ensure that when the GCO page is viewed all items are displayed accurately.
  • User Management: Multi-line type profile fields are not recognized when parsing profile variables in Emails. When viewing the email builder page on any platform, the multi-line type profiles failed to display. Instead the tag [p:example_multiline] appeared instead of being parsed. Multiline type profile fields are now being parsed correctly.

What is new in Version 5.8

Bug Fixes

  • User Management: Getting characters in spaces for Group Names. When group names for PDFs are edited in MAM, the group name failed to save and instead was being displayed with special characters. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that when changes to the group name are made, the names are saved and displayed correctly.
