What is new in Version 5.14.4
Bug Fixes
- Print: When a user attempted to place two orders of the same product at approximately the same time, one order was processed but the other order was skipped. Once the order was placed the available inventory failed to update. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that when an order is placed all orders are processed and that inventory updates to reflect accurate product availability.
- Email: Previews for Email Bundles are not using SSL (https://). When an email bundle was previewed an unsecured window would display. Now when a user attempts to view an email bundle, a secure window will pop up.
- User Management: Rich Text and Dropdown type Profile Fields “Editable” permissions not being respected. When permissions were set for profile fields to be editable by only administrators and not users, the permissions were not being respected. Instead, users were able to edit their profile fields.
This issue has been resolved by ensuring that when permissions are set they are respected, preventing users from editing profile fields. - User Management: When editing a users profile as an admin, seeing website section with red dot, but there is nothing to approve. When user profile fields are viewed, a red dot appears next to the website field indicating that information in a field has been changed that requires approval. However, no fields have been changed that require approval. This issue has been addressed by removing the misleading red dot.

However, in a separate test, the results only took a few seconds to load. This issue has been resolved by ensuring that contact is filtered and the search will display results within seconds.
- Support widget: A feature upgrade to the new support system Freshdesk -- you be able to submit issues via support widget within your platform.

Bug Fixes
- Reports: User Activity Report does not show grid data view. When the user activity report was viewed the data grid failed to display any information. The data grid now displays information so that the user can sort, set column visibility, and be able to download the data.
- User Management: Users who had profile fields that were pending were failing to display as highlighted fields in purple. Therefore the fields are not able to be viewed and aren't able to be approved or rejected. Profile fields that are pending are now highlighted in purple to indicate that data has changed so that the administrator can approve or reject the information.
What is new in Version 5.15.6
Bug Fixes
- Email: “New” link when using link library does not save edits. When a user attempted to make changes to the links within a template the changes would fail to save. Now when changes to the links are made within a template the changes are saved successfully.
- Social Module: OBO Social for Users does not show correct available users. When an OBO bundle is viewed the user groups failed to display correctly when attempting to send "on behalf of". The user group shows three different groups with five users in total but fails to load details for each of those groups. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that when an OBO bundle is sent “on behalf of”, the correct users are displayed within each user group.
What is new in Version 5.15.8
Bug Fixes
- Email: Content not displaying in email when sent as email bundle vs one-off email. When a user attempted to send an email utilizing the email bundle feature, the email was missing content. However, when the same email template is sent utilizing templates the email displays all content. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that when an email is sent through the email Bundle, the content should display just like the one that is sent from the templates section.
- Email: Unable to Change Template on an Email Bundle Template. When edits were made to a template the user was redirected to the collateral picker, but could only view templates in their My stuff folder. Users were unable to access the template under the marketing asset library. The issue has been addressed by ensuring that when the user is redirected to the collateral picker, they have access to available email templates within the Marketing Asset Manager.
What is new in Version 5.15.12
Bug Fixes
- Direct mail: On Checkout with Direct Mail, browser throws a ‘leave this site’ alert box. When a user attempted to checkout with a direct mail piece, a warning appeared asking the user to leave the page. Users are now able to checkout with direct mail without a warning appearing.
- User Management: Description for “Profile Image” is pushed to the right of the field. The Profile Image field is visible but not editable, and the description is pushed out to the right side of the field instead of appearing below the field. This issue has been resolved by ensuring if the profile image is visible but not editable then the description will always display below the field.
- Email: Unsubscribe “Save” taking much too long to save; no indication to user that anything is happening. When a user attempts to make changes to the unsubscribe settings, the page takes a while to load. The issue has been resolved by ensuring that when changes are made to the unsubscribe settings the changes are quickly saved to the page.
- Fulfillment: Cart Popup Quantity Takes Previous Value. When a user attempted to change the quantity for a collateral piece using the cart popup the entry failed to update. Instead, the latest entered quantity was used to override the new quantity that was entered. This has been resolved by ensuring that when a user submits a new number for the quantity that number will be used to update the collateral order.
