What's new in Version 5.15.19


BUG FIX


  • Email: There was an issue where contacts failed to display when a user attempted to load contacts for an On-Behalf-Of (OBO) email. This issue has been resolved. When contacts are selected for an OBO email, contacts should load in a timely manner and should be visible to the user.
  • Email: Saved emailed campaigns were not respecting that the parent template has expired. This allowed users to continue to deploy content and promotional offers despite those templates being expired. Expired templates should now be respected, and users are no longer able to deploy campaigns on expired templates and promotions.
  • User Management: This is a small visual update. There was a border around the left-hand side of the data table when there shouldn't have been. This border has been removed.
  • Contact Management: A phantom border around the title 'Hide Advanced Search'  when accessing Contact Management was removed.



What's new in Version 5.15.20


BUG FIX


  • Email: When a user would try to reload a campaign, the option would not be available when the campaign was selected. This may have been due to the expiration field date being empty. This issue has been resolved.



What's new in Version 5.15.23


BUG FIX


  • User Profiles: Permissions with user profile fields were not working properly. Users had the ability to edit a profile field, even when they did not have permission to do so. This issue has been resolved. While the profile field is still viewable to the user, it is not editable based on permissions that are set on the field and user groups.
  • Marketing Asset Manager: An issue has been resolved where users were unable to view presentation collateral in the Marketing Asset Manager (MAM). Administrators were able to see such collateral when it was searched under the administration drop-down menu. But it was not visible to users under MAM.
  • User Profiles: The button functionality for deleting a profile image was not functioning properly. Users should now see a pop-up confirmation when deleting an image.


What's new in Version 5.15.25


BUG FIX


  • Marketing Asset Manager: When duplicating a template in the Marketing Asset Manager (MAM), the sidebar would malfunction. A large 'Select' and 'Exit Collateral Picker' button were displayed but were not functional. Now, duplicated templates will display the corrected sidebar with the typical actions that are visible to the user.
  • Global Campaign Overview: Traffic activity within the Global Campaign Overview (GCO) was displaying incorrect results for 'unique' click activity. This issue has bee fixed.



What's new in Version 5.16


FEATURE


  • Print + Fulfillment: A nightly query has been established for orders that are 24 days old, paid for by credit card, and not yet marked shipped. The print vendor will receive a notification email with a 5 day warning. This notification will serve as reminder that they have 30 days to close the order or the transaction will expire.

BUG FIX


  • Marketing Asset Manager: Assets were still visible in 'Favorites' to a user or user group after being moved to a permissioned category. This issue has been resolved. Assets in MAM now respect permissions for the user or user group.




What's new in Version 5.16.2


BUG FIX


  • Reporting: Mass Collateral Attribute Update (MCAU) report data failed to display correctly when a user attempted to generate a CSV file after clearing some of the customizable fields. The resulting report would only generate header information. Now, all data will be included in the exported CSV.



What's new in Version 5.16.3


BUG FIX


  • Marketing Asset Manager: When a user tried to search for collateral using the live search feature, they received a "loading error" message. This issue has been resolved. When the user attempts to search collateral, the results will populate based on what the user has access to.




What's new in Version 5.16.4


BUG FIX


  • Marketing Asset Manager: Favorited collateral items failed to load when a user selected the 'Favorites' category in MAM. Now, when a user favorites collateral pieces, those assets should accurately display under their 'Favorites' category.
