We work to release system updates weekly to improve functionality and to increase your marketing capabilities. This document will include all new features and major bug fixes for the month of February. 



What's new in Version 5.26.8


BUG FIX


  • Marketing Programs: Marketing Programs filter was not displaying correctly. Only limited results were coming back when no filters were selected. Almost as if the results were being filtered. Fixes have been made so that the filters are displayed correctly, and results are displayed correctly when there is no filter active.
  • Reporting: The Promo Points Report was not returning query results and was displaying an alert box with a Datatables Warning: “Screenshot attached with full text of error”. This has been corrected.
  • API: There was an issue with user update failures. Code has been updated to remedy the expected reason the user update failures occurred, correcting the issue.

FEATURE


  • Reporting: POC for Dashboard Widgets has been completed. The next step is to establish final requirements and work on UI/UX.



What's new in Version 5.27.3


BUG FIX


  • Customized PDFs: There was an issue where users were unable to edit variable fields within a required paragraph block when customizing PDFs inside of the Marketing Asset Manager. This issue has been corrected.
  • Marketing Asset Manager: A long load time was reported when loading initial collateral into view within the Marketing Asset Manager. Searching once the initial items had loaded was quick, but the initial load time took longer than it should. Changes were made so the initial load time could be decreased.
  • User Profile: Rich text profile fields were not saving images. Code adjustments were made so this issue was corrected.



What's new in Version 5.28


BUG FIX


  • Permissions: Users, regardless of permissions, were able to see all pending approvals. Only Administrators should have access to view all pending approvals within the platform. And any end users who need to see pending approvals, should have set access to only the approvals that are relevant to them. This was not the case.



What's new in Version 5.28.2


FEATURE


  • Marketing Asset Manager: When using the specific word “about” in search, no results were generated. Even when the word was in the title of the document, listed in the keywords, or in the description, no results would show.
  • Global Content: There was an issue where the content collections drop-down was out of alignment. The drop-down was not showing up under the action link that was clicked.



What's new in Version 5.28.7


BUG FIX


  • Social Media Management: Some clients were seeing posts fail when trying to use the platform to push social media posts to Facebook. Facebook was returning a read permissions error when users tried to push a post.
  • User Profile: User Profile showed hidden categories in vertical tab list. The categories were visible but were not clickable. These categories should have not been visible to any user who did have access permissions
