What's new in Version 5.29
FEATURE
- Rules + Triggers: A new rule condition for inaction was added. It is a time-based trigger for a template so that when a campaign is deployed, and the contact does nothing within a designated set time, another action occurs. This trigger would allow users to initiate a secondary action if a user does not meet certain criteria (ie. open an email) within a set number of days/weeks.
BUG FIX
- Reporting: When in Dashboard view, some of the pills on the page were displaying inaccurate spacing. There was extra space within the pill when it wasn’t needed. This issue has been fixed.
What's new in Version 5.29.3
BUG FIX
- Email: There was an issue where some users were unable to send an email from a template that was based off an earlier template. Specific “edit tag” naming was causing the email to fail. The issue was reviewed and corrected.
- Email: On-Behalf-Of (OBO) emails were silently failing without notice. No error was provided to the administrator, and no other alert that the email failed was given. However, because the email was failing, it would not show up in tracking reports. A few updates to the code should fix this issue.
What's new in Version 5.29.5
BUG FIX
- User Management: A visual fix was created so that when filtering a user group, the filtered user group would remain highlighted. Previously, the user group would not remain highlighted when filtered a user group in user management. This made it confusing to tell whether or not the filter was applied. This visual fix helps lessen that confusion.
- Sales Kits: Sales Kits are typically digitally downloaded and do not contain any inventory or stock. However, in some platforms, an inventory was being allocated to sales kits, making it difficult to download the item when needed. This has been corrected.
What's new in Version 5.29.6
BUG FIX
- Marketing Programs: There was an issue where marketing programs were temporarily halted. An error in the code caused programs to stop sending. However, an adjustment in code fixed this error and marketing programs were able to send successfully.
What's new in Version 5.29.8
BUG FIX
- Contact Management: When searching a contact for their previous email history, the search results are never loaded. Users should be able to access contacts and determine how many emails were previously sent to them. However, when the user would initiate a search, the screen would continue to process and never load results.
